SUPPORT LEVELS
STANDARD
We encourage all our clients to start with the standard package, which includes annual product warranty on the software we develop and the respective time to develop, test, and deploy updates to the platform, operating system, and framework when needed. Other benefits include:
- Response time (includes troubleshooting and identifying issues by email or phone – within 1 business day.
- Address non-development related incidents – within 2 business days.
- Address development related issues (bug fixes, enhancement requests) within 10 business days.
PREMIUM
We also offer a premium package which includes everything in the standard package along with speedier response times and larger discounts. Benefits include:
- Response time (includes troubleshooting and identifying issues by email or phone – within 4 hours.
- Address non-development related incidents – within 1 business day.
- Address development related issues (bug fixes, enhancement requests) within 5 business days.
- Discount on new feature/enhancement requests – 5%.
PREMIUM PLUS
Premium Plus support includes everything from the Premium package plus quicker response and critical support for issues needing immediate resolution. Perks include:
- Response time (includes troubleshooting and identifying issues by email or phone – within 1 hour.
- Address non-development related incidents – immediately.
- Address development related issues (bug fixes, enhancement requests) by next business day.
- Discount on new feature/enhancement requests – 10%.
Training and Reporting
Pixis also provides training for all of our developed and related products at an hourly or flat rate. We also offer custom reports for many different database systems along with reporting applications. at an hourly or per report basis.
